A Mundane Life

My earphones have finally ceased to be useful in any fashion. I had taped where the cable was splitting but the tape wouldn’t stay in place and right now the connection is quite precarious. Also the whole right ear bud has fallen off so it no longer goes in to my ear without great discomfort. I will miss them.

This is the chair I am sitting in while I wait to sit in the other chair. There are many chairs here but I don’t want to take pictures of all of them.

I am waiting to get my hair cut. This is the chair I will be sitting in.

I used to bite my fingernails when I was a kid. I don’t do it anymore though.

I am at a meeting and someone handed me a raffle ticket. I have no idea what the prize is.

Even though it isn’t terribly hot this evening, the air is very still so we have a fan running. It’s not fancy, just a simple box fan but it works well. It is sort of loud though if it is on the high setting.

When I don’t read for a while the charge on my Kindle drops to fully empty. Here is what the screen looks like when that happens.

We just had a group of religious solicitors knock on our door. I don’t have a photo because I really just wanted to close the door.

Our Desi cat just threw up in the living room. For now I just covered it with a paper towel.
